Vanilla Coconut Cream Cake!

Vanilla Coconut Cream Cake Recipe!

1. 4 eggs
            2. 2 cups sugar
             3. 2 tsp. vanilla
           4. 2 cups flour
                            5. 2 tsp. baking powder
           6. 1/2 tsp. salt
         7. 1 cup milk
                              8. 1/4 cup melted butter

Mix together eggs, sugar, melted butter, milk and vanilla in a bowl.
 Mix flour, baking powder and 
salt in another bowl and mix the contents of the two bowls together. 
Mix well. 
Pour in a greased 9 x 13" pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 min.

Coconut Frosting
-------------------
                          1. 1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
2. 3/4 cups butter
   3. 1/2 cup of cream
4. 2 cups coconut 
---------------------------------------------
Pour onto hot cake and broil until lightly browned (4-5 min.) 
Serve and enjoy!
